mkizilAI End User License Agreement
This agreement is between you ("User") and the mkizilAI vendor ("Vendor") and covers the mkizilAI plugin for JetBrains IDEs and the related VS Code extension (the "Software") and the hosted mkizilAI service it connects to (the "Service"). By installing or using the Software you accept these terms.
1. License
The Vendor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own development work. The Software is not open source. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Vendor.
2. Access code
The Service requires an access code issued by the Vendor. Codes are personal. Do not share, resell or publish your code. The Vendor may limit usage and may suspend or revoke a code at any time.
3. Restrictions
You may not (a) copy, modify or redistribute the Software except as allowed by JetBrains Marketplace, (b) reverse engineer or decompile it except where the law allows, (c) use it to attack or overload the Service, or (d) use it to produce unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
4. Your content and third-party providers
Messages, code, files and images you choose to send are processed by the Service and forwarded to third-party AI model providers to generate answers (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you send and must have the right to send it. Do not send confidential, proprietary or personal data unless your organization permits it.
5. AI output
Answers are generated by AI models and may be wrong, incomplete or insecure. Review all output and test it before use. You are responsible for how you use it, including any changes the agent makes to your files or commands it runs with your approval.
6. Availability
The Service relies on free third-party providers and may change, be limited or become unavailable without notice.
7. No warranty
The Software and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vendor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of the Software or the Service.
9. Termination
This agreement ends if you breach it or when you uninstall the Software. Sections 4–8 survive termination.
10. Changes and law
The Vendor may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
